The /usr/lib tech library in downtown Vegas is officially open

We’re working to redefine the grocery industry through innovative web and smartphone technologies that connect grocers to consumers.


When many people think of Las Vegas, they immediately think of the Strip, casinos, shows and restaurants. Stepping off the Strip and digging a little deeper, they’ll find Las Vegas has a lot more to offer. A tech community may not immediately come to mind when people think of Las Vegas, but that is about to change.

The Vegas Tech scene grew over the last few years. First consisting of individual interest groups, it is flourishing into an honeycomb of connected and collaborating people. From Start-Ups to BioTech, Vegas has it.


Vegas is home to people with many diverse talents. Back end programmers. Front End programmers. Ruby / Rails. WordPress. Hackers. Robotics. Marketers. Business. InfoSec. User Experience. Designers. Vegas is home to people with many diverse talents. Chances are some one knows a person in town with that interest. Not sure where to start? Las Vegas is one of the most entrepreneurial communities in the nation. It’s a city full of risk takers. Until recently, most of those companies had been working in silos with little interaction with other Tech Companies. This is quickly changing as more and more Las Vegas Tech companies are coming together to support each other, do business together, and to create a community of strong tech companies in Las Vegas. Check out some of the Las Vegas Tech companies and be sure to add your tech companies with more being added all the time.


Small or large, Vegas has it. You can find a small meet-up, some casual co-working, and some of the largest tech conferences happening all in the same week. Luncheons with a local business alliance? We have those covered, too. Connect and collaborate with some of the people of Vegas Tech by attending an event. Find out what’s going on under the Las Vegas Events tab. is a community effort.
