MANILA, Philippines – Teen singing sensation Charice teamed up with international artists for a new song titled “One Voice” for the benefit of Toni Meloto’s Gawad Kalinga.

Charice collaborated on the song with Black Eyed Peas’ Mexican American singer Taboo and Filipino-American singer-songwriter Jeremy Passion.

Taboo posted his photo with Charice in his official Twitter account and said, “My song is a Latino/Filipino world anthem to show our unity within the “brown pea-ple” coming together as one voice, one heart and one beat.”

Reports have it that Taboo’s bandmate and Filipino-American teen singer Jasmine Villegas also participated in this collaboration.

Gawad Kalinga, the Filipino version of Habitat for Humanity, is an organization based in the Philippines that aims to build sustainable communities and to stop poverty across the globe.
