LeapCR for Nonprofits
LeapCR is social software for nonprofits to advertise and manage events and volunteering activities to a large pool of employee volunteers. We send shivers down the back of corporate-charity partnerships, and we do it all for free.

Sign up, it’s wonderfully free.

Leap has joined a growing number of organisations pledging to give back at least 1% of resources to causes that matter to our staff and the community. This way, we hope to play a part in inspiring a new way of doing business.

We proudly use LeapCR for our own employee volunteering.

Commerce with a conscience
We give back at least 1% of time, product and money to the community.

Time. We provide our staff with 2 paid days of volunteering each year to support any cause of their choice. They can take this time individually or as a groups. When staff donate their full 2 days they receive an additional day of paid holiday to use for more voluntary work or just to have fun.

Product. We provide our platform absolutely free to all of our charity partners to promote and advertise their charity events and volunteer activities.

Money. Financial resources can be an enormous force for good when given to the right causes. We invest all of our income back into strengthening our products and services each year except a very important 1%, which we give to charitable causes of our choice.

Our values are at the core of providing the best possible products and services to our clients and partners. We hire, develop and reward our team based on these 4 simple values.

Wow with product and service. Go the extra mile, every time.

Have fun. Smile, laugh, joke, enjoy your life’s work.

Learn and grow. Monthly book club, guest speakers, paid training, and “what could we have done better this week?” sessions on Fridays.

Give back. Make a measurable impact in the community

We are working with 600+ nonprofit partners to promote their events and activities for your staff as well as the organisations themselves with profile page to share their mission statements, info, photos and regular updates. We make sure that all partners alongside their volunteer events and activities are vetted by our team.

Our nonprofit partners include large national organisations such as Cancer Research UK and Macmillan and small community groups like Spitalfields City Farm, so that companies and their staff have access to the major causes, from planet and cancer research, development efforts and education, to poverty reduction and homelessness.

If you are interested in becoming a nonprofit partner please sign up. There is no cost involved and one of our team will be in touch with you shortly.
