Non-Profits – omanoot.com

Omanoot.NAmerica uses Israeli arts to create a more nuanced dialogue between the English-speaking population in North America and Israel. The organization seeks to portray, without a political agenda, the complex Israeli society that often gets lost in the news media’s depiction of the state. Omanoot.NAmerica increases the visibility of Israeli arts in North America by organizing and/or publicizing shows by Israeli artists abroad and by keeping the English-speaking community informed about the happenings in the dynamic arts scene in Israel.

Omanoot.NAmerica also provides English-speaking groups and delegations in Israel, both visiting and resident, with programs to enrich their experience of Israel through Art: we offer specialized and custom designed Arts Tours throughout Israel that include discussions with Israeli artists.

Finally, Omanoot.NAmerica also nurtures Israeli-North American artistic cooperation and joint projects. The organization achieves this goal by promoting Israeli artists in the North American arts community and by supporting Israeli-American or Canadian artists as they contribute to the Israeli arts scene.
